Home Office Biographies

Nate Carr is a St. Louis native who attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and Lindenwood University, his focus of studies included Information Technology and Communications. With over 15 years of IT and project management, Nate started with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in 2013 as Chief Information Officer. In 2018, Nate assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer and joined the MARIS board. In 2019 he was elected to the Secretary / Treasurer for MARIS. Nate and his wife have three daughters who keep them busy. In his spare time, Nate can be found at one of his daughters’ sporting events, or spending time with family and friends. Nate enjoys great conversation and challenges. He is an avid film buff, podcast follower and appreciates trying new cuisines and restaurants.

Abby was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, but has lived all across the country from Illinois to Louisianna. She attended Truman State University, where she focused her studies on marketing and graphic design principles, and has sinced moved back home to Kirkwood, MO. In her free time Abby can be found enjoying the outdoors with friends, or eating at her favorite local restraunts.

Vibrant and proactive individual who is passionate about digital media and advertising. Kiley was born and raised in Columbia, IL and at a young age discovered her interests in photography, videography, writing, and freelance art. She attended University of Missouri- St. Louis, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing while also minoring in Communications. Outside of her work and education, Kiley loves to try new things, travel the world, and spend time with her loved ones.

Nicole is an enthusiastic member of our Information Technology department with a degree in network administration. Joining us in late 2019 she strives to be as helpful to our network of users as she can be. She moved to the St. Louis area a few years back after finding the love of her life. Nicole’s favorite things about living here are the variety of family activities, Cardinals games and musicians that come through our area.

MJ is a local who grew up in Town & Country, raised her son and twin daughters in Webster Groves, and has recently purchased a home in Kirkwood.  With a degree in Finance & Banking, her real estate career has spanned over 30 years and with many positions including residential and commercial property appraiser, REALTOR®, property manager, and currently Relocation Department Coordinator for Select Properties.

MJ's favorite part of the job – “Hearing Maryann laugh in the office with clients and employees!”

Koryn is an energetic, friendly individual who has a passion for helping others and spending time with her growing family.

As the Client Service Representative for the company, Koryn is able to do what she loves best which is interacting with people on a daily basis. She is able to point new and seasoned homebuyers in the right direction with her team of experienced agents.

Marian is a St. Louis and Missouri native who attended college at Lindenwood University for Accounting and Webster University to focus on management and leadership. With over 20 years of experience in many different industries, Marian enjoys leading teams and helping others realize their true potential. In her spare time, Marian enjoys playing the piano, taking long walks and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks with family and friends.

Patrick grew-up in Northeast Ohio in a Cleveland suburb on Lake Erie. Born a Pisces, a water sign, the water element couldn't have suited him better. He was torn from his water paradise to move to Saint Louis, where the water is a mighty river, and the beaches are small villages. But, his heart is forever in  "The City".

Patrick has been with the company since it began, starting as an admin at the former city office and moving up to Assistant Manager in the Town And Country office & now as an Accounting Specialist.

Ashley was born and raised in St. Louis, and went to The University of Missouri - St. Louis where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting and emphasis in Finance. She has worked in real estate and property management for a few years, and loves every aspect of it. In her free time she enjos watching realoty tv, reading, shopping, and hiking.

Growing up in a large Italian and Irish family in St. Louis, traditional morals, values and ethics are important to live by. Joe is the father to his pride and joy, Maze. They live in South City.  As a city living family, being within walking distance to restaurants and the parks keeps them busy.  He has a passion for running and MMA fighting (which his winning record makes his family happy).

Joe serves as Director of Select Leasing and Management and enjoys helping clients have the peace of mind in allowing him and his team to manage their rental properties,
